Working with Luke has been a game-changer for me. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and insightful as a trainer, but he also has a natural ability to make every session enjoyable and engaging. Luke consistently pushes me to reach my goals while always respecting my limits and ensuring I never feel pressured to go beyond what feels right.
What really stands out about Luke is his intuition for understanding my capabilities right from the first session. He has an amazing ability to assess my muscle strength and tailor the workout plan accordingly, ensuring that the weights are just right for my body’s needs. After two months of training with him, I’ve seen significant progress—without having sustained any injuries, which is huge when it comes to strength training. I’m genuinely happy with the results.
Luke’s positive energy is contagious. Every morning, he greets me with a smile and a simple but motivating “Are you ready?” It’s the kind of enthusiasm that sets the tone for a great workout and helps keep me motivated.
When I first decided to hire a trainer, I was at a point where I knew I needed to make a change. The gym can be intimidating, especially if you’re unsure about which machines to use or how to properly execute an exercise. That was me. But hiring Luke has been one of the best decisions I could have made. He’s helped take away the confusion and frustration that often come with a new fitness routine.
If you're new to working out, I highly recommend hiring a personal trainer. It saves you from the embarrassment of wandering from machine to machine with uncertain form and the feeling of leaving the gym wondering if you even got a good workout. Luke has given me the tools, confidence, and guidance I needed to be successful, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience.
The road ahead is long, and at some point, the journey will be mine to take on my own. But for now, I’m soaking up everything Luke has to teach me so that I can feel confident doing it on my own. So, are you ready for a change? Are you ready to get off the couch and take action? If you are, all you have to do is start. Begin with a trainer, and let that be the first step in your journey.

After my separation from the military I took a brief 17-year break from any form of fitness. I looked at myself at 40 and nearly 300 lbs. and knew I needed to do something about what I saw in the mirror. The problem was that in my 20s, lifting and cardio was easy. I had no idea what I needed to do as an older fatter man. I did my research and realized I needed a trainer to show me, not how to lift, but how to do it that didn’t blow out my joints or cause a heart attack. Then I found my guy, Luke, and was so excited to be healthy again. Within the first two weeks I immediately was discouraged, I went from benching over 300 lbs. in my twenties to barely pushing the 35 lbs. dumbbells. On top of that Luke had me doing what seemed to me half the work I used to do in my “heyday”. I thought I was wasting my time and money, but he kept telling me to trust the process. When I got a bit overzealous, he reigned me in, slowed me down and reminded me of my goals. As I continued to train, life happens and I couldn’t make a day here or there and he was quick to keep me on pace and adjust his schedule for me. I went out of town on vacation for a week and he developed a program and checked in with me while I was gone. After weeks 5 or 6 I accidentally found myself in the gym a few extra days a week because I wanted to. Around this same time my weights started climbing and my “want-to” with it. I am kind of hard to deal with, but this guy kept coming back for more. He challenged me but at the same time made me want it. Fast forward to almost a year later. I have since stopped training with him. I didn’t realize it at the time, but Luke gave me the best thing a trainer can, purpose. I have missed only 2 whole weeks of strength training in a year, and that’s because he taught me how to be the best version of myself I can. Sure, he taught me how to do half the work and get twice the results but best of all he taught me how to “show up” and want it. For those of you who aren’t into the touchy-feely testimonials, this is what Luke did for me, with facts and real numbers; Week of July 16, 2025- barbell press 135lbs, barbell back squats 205 lbs., deadlift 205… Week of May 4, 2026- barbell bench press 265lbs, barbell back squats 315lbs, deadlift 350lbs. 1Corinthians 6:19

Luke is a fabulous physical instructor. For two years, he has helped me build muscle and bone strength in areas that really needed it. He truly understands my medical limitations and designs programs that build strength effectively, without putting strain on the areas that need protecting. Luke is bright, young, energetic, and very compassionate. I have no doubt that he will work as well for you as he has for me.

Working with Luke as my trainer for the last year has been such a great investment and pay off for me. He has given me the knowledge and understanding to support my workout journey and has helped motivate me to keep going. I feel much more confident in the gym as well as stronger both physically and mentally. I’m so grateful for his time and expertise and am glad I began my health and fitness journey with him.

I was at a point in my life where I was unhealthy, overweight and had no energy. I came to Luke, scared and unsure of what having a personal trainer would be like. My goal was to just simply be healthier. The moment I met Luke I knew that I had made the right choice. I met with Luke 3 times a week for almost a year and he had all of my workouts planned out for me. Luke always met me with a smile and positive energy, ready to train and teach me. I had almost zero experience working out and he met me where I was. Luke will give you 110% each session and tell you the why behind the workouts multiple times even if you forget. Luke is excellent at what he does and is seriously the best. I still use my workouts that he laid out for me today. Through nutrition and strength training I have lost 50lbs in a year. Luke set me up for success for life!!

At 31 years old, I felt like I had hit a plateau in my physical fitness. I was no stranger to the gym when I met Luke, but I had felt stagnant for several months and wasn't seeing the progress I wanted.
Luke evaluated my existing routine and developed a training plan that allowed me to see noticeable improvements in both strength and muscle growth within about a month. He also introduced me to variations of exercises I was already familiar with, which helped me better isolate and target underdeveloped muscle groups.
Luke's expertise in hypertrophy training has helped me make significant progress in a relatively short amount of time. Whether your goal is weight loss, building muscle, or increasing strength, Luke can, without a doubt, develop a training program tailored to your schedule and individual goals. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.
